L.A:S.E.R.

The year is 30XX. Humans have begun using fusion as their main power source. Suddenly, leagues of aliens robots swarm Earth. Space pirates! Having depleted their own fossil fuels, they scour the cosmos looking for planets to raid; Earth is next. To stop them, the world powers have united to build a ray gun that can destroy the robots. They put your trust in you to man this machine, and save humanity. This, soldier, is your Last Assignment: Save Earth from the Robots...

Originally made for the Bigmode Game Jam 2025, the game is now ported to my MiCRO-ANT engine!  This is a near identical release to the Unity version (apart from some minor tweaks), and simulates the original gameplay almost exactly. The performance and energy usage are much improved. The application is now about 50% larger, at 150 MB. Currently, there is only a Mac build, as I have made several changes to the MiCRO-ANT engine to provide compatibility for this game. Once I have access to a Windows computer and can recompile the engine for the platform, I will add it to this release. Until then, please enjoy the Unity version.

Compatible with keyboard, Xbox controller, and two Nintendo Joycons! Likely compatible with other controllers as well, like Playstation, but I do not have any other controllers to confirm with.
